Location was great had alot of choice areas to eat. Nice we could bring my dog. Breakfast had alot to choose from. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Bed was a little to soft.

It was clean, everyone was pleasant and incredible. The location was good and prime in a surprisingly quiet area, near to restaurants and bike trails as well as trailers using multiple parking spots. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave.

Excellent bed and it had a TV
My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave as advertised. My view was overlooking the expressway. This was not what I expected from a Comfort Inn.

I enjoyed my stay, as the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, although I found the bathtub to be quite slippery, which could be improved. The breakfast selection was decent, but the breakfast area could have used more attention to cleanliness during peak hours.

We had no reservation when we arrived at the Comfort Inn in Onalaska even though I had the paperwork showing we were confirmed through Booked.net. The manager didn't seem to care. We were told that we needed to call Booked.net to straighten things out I called Booked.net and they were helpful. After a stressful hour or so we were able to secure the last room that they had. I don't know who was at fault, the motel or Booked.net. Not a good experience!

We were there for less than 12 hours, on our way to an Out-of-Town wedding. Some of the details are fuzzy as a result. But the staff was very accommodating - We were allowed a late checkout ( we had not arrived until after 3:00 AM), which we greatly appreciated.
